Responsabilidades

• Provides respectful care focused on the patient’s individual needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Obtains nursing history and baseline assessment using consistent hand-off communication.
• Documents assessment results and care plans in the medical record.
• Administers medications following hospital policies and manufacturer instructions.
• Coordinates care with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participates in unit conferences to discuss quality and safety improvements.
• Assists with discharge planning and patient education.
• Serves as resource nurse and mentor to new staff.
