Job summary

Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse II for PRN shifts to provide individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients, utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with the health care team.

Requirements include an Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), at least one year of RN experience, SC or compact state licensure, BLS and ACLS. This position requires 12 scheduled hours weekly and 48 hours per 6 weeks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Licensed as a registered nurse in SC or a compact state.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS required.
