Job summary

As a key clinical and operational leader, you will oversee hospital-wide operations during assigned shifts, support clinical teams, coordinate patient flow, respond to critical situations, and help ensure exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• BSN required or ability to obtain within three years of hire.
• MSN required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital-wide leadership and oversight during assigned shifts.
• Support clinical teams and coordinate patient flow.
• Respond to codes and rapid response events.
• Mentor caregivers and collaborate across departments to ensure quality care.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, regulatory compliance, and safety standards.
