Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Guilford County team in Greensboro, NC. This role offers part-time or per diem schedules with per-visit compensation, serving adult and geriatric clients in designated territories.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Follow up on doctors' orders and document appropriately.
• Conduct client assessments as necessary and coordinate case management.
• Record observations and interventions accurately using EMR tools.
