Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (CA).
• 1–2 years of clinical home health experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OASIS assessments and ICD-10 coding required.
• Familiarity with federal regulations and state licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review OASIS assessments for completeness and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure accurate ICD-10 coding and sequencing for each patient.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve documentation issues.
• Monitor visit utilization and flag financial risks or underutilization.
