You will review OASIS assessments, ensure accurate ICD-10 coding, and collaborate with clinicians to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Active Californian RN license in good standing.
• 1–2 years clinical home health experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of OASIS assessments and ICD-10 coding.

Responsibilities

• Review OASIS assessments for completeness, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure accurate ICD-10 coding and sequencing based on patient conditions.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to resolve documentation and data integrity issues.
• Monitor visit utilization and flag financial risk or underutilization to management.
• Identify trends impacting agency outcomes and process measures.
• Conduct OASIS inter-rater reliability visits with clinical team members.
• Participate in quality improvement and corporate compliance activities.
• Pursue ongoing education and professional development.
