Job summary

United Methodist Communities is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for Collingswood Manor, a UMC community in Collingswood, NJ. The role offers a per diem schedule with shifts days, nights, or overnights and competitive pay of $45.33 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in New Jersey (required).
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor resident health and wellness through assessments, observation, and timely follow-up.
• Supervise and support Resident Care Assistants to ensure quality care and service delivery.
• Assist the Director of Resident Life with coordinating resident care and support services.
• Complete assessments, reassessments, and individualized service plans in collaboration with residents, families, and care team members.
• Coordinate resident transitions, appointments, transportation, referrals, and related documentation.
• Oversee medication management, wellness services, and compliance with state regulations and community standards.
• Assess, document, and follow up on resident incidents, accidents, and changes in condition.
• Partner with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to promote resident well-being, safety, and quality of life.
