Job summary

Summit Home Care is actively recruiting per diem RNs to enhance patient care across the five boroughs and Nassau/Suffolk counties. This role offers flexible shifts and an opportunity to supplement income, with visits billed at $75–$100 each.

RNs must hold a NYS Nursing License, provide documentation, and meet standard screening requirements. Paperless charting and ongoing education support are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Nursing License.
• Documentation Ready: Government ID, Social Security Card, Work Authorization.
• Present 2 reference letters and recent physical examination results.
• TB Screening and Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per Plan of Care.
• Monitor patients and provide detailed condition reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with orders.
