Summit Home Care in New York is actively seeking per diem Registered Nurses (RNs) to support patients across the five boroughs, Nassau, and Suffolk. This flexible position offers per-visit pay and opportunities to gain experience in adult and pediatric care while contributing to high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualified applicants will hold a NYS RN license, provide necessary documentation, and complete required screenings.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Nursing License and current credentialing.
• Government ID, Social Security Card, and work authorization ready.
• Provide two reference letters and recent physical examination results.
• Complete TB screening and rubella & Rubeola titers as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per the Plan of Care.
• Monitor patient status and provide detailed condition reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the charting system.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
