Qualifications

• Valid NYS Nursing License required.
• Documentation ready: Government ID, Social Security Card, Work Authorization.
• Present 2 reference letters and recent physical examination results.
• TB screening and Rubella/Rubeola titers may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration and treatments per Plan of Care.
• Monitor patients closely and provide detailed condition reports.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with orders.
