Job summary

CareGave Health Corp is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Merrimac, MA team on a per diem basis. The RN will provide direct patient care, monitor health status, document progress, and educate patients and families on treatment plans. Candidates must have MA RN license, ADN/BSN, and BLS/CPR; ACLS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required
• ADN or BSN required
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS a plus
• Per diem scheduling with flexibility

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following clinical standards and care plans
• Assess, monitor, and document patient health status
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with care teams to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and discharge plans
• Respond to changes in patient condition with appropriate nursing interventions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
