Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in MA.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and care teams.

• Provide direct patient care and clinical assessments in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring documentation.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and resources.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
