Qualifications

• Active New Jersey respiratory care license from the NJ State Board of Respiratory Care (CRT or RRT).
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience in hospital or long-term care settings.
• Clear and effective English communication with residents and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy services to promote comfort and breathing efficiency.
• Provide oxygen Therapy, aerosol meds, and CPAP/BiPAP support.
• Assess respiratory status and respond to urgent clinical changes.
• Educate residents and families on ongoing respiratory health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
• Coordinate resident-centered care with physicians and nurses.
• Comply with New Jersey licensure requirements and best practices.
