Bristol Glen in Newton, NJ is seeking a per diem Respiratory Therapist to provide care across the continuum, from independent living to skilled nursing. The position pays $35.00 per hour with flexible weekday and weekend shifts you pick based on your availability.

You’ll administer therapies, respond to respiratory emergencies, teach residents and families, monitor status, and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to support personalized care plans while complying with New Jersey

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Current NBRC credential (RRT or CRT).
• Associate degree in respiratory therapy from an accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Deliver respiratory treatments (oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, airway support) to residents.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies with CPR and life support as needed.
• Teach residents, families, and staff how to use respiratory equipment and manage conditions.
• Monitor resident status and document care accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing staff, and families on individualized care plans.
• Follow New Jersey standards for respiratory care.
