Job summary

Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Per Diem RN I to provide direct nursing care while ensuring patient safety and comfort in a multi-specialty setting.

Requirements include graduation from an approved RN program, Texas RN license, BLS, 1+ year RN experience or new grad preceptoring, CRT experience, and ability to travel within the region. The schedule includes five shifts per month with holiday coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved RN nursing program.
• Valid and current Texas RN license.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• 1+ years of RN work experience or participation in the new grad preceptoring program.
• CRT experience.
• Willing or able to travel within a selected region.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care by applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients and families according to standards.
