Job summary

Beloit Health System, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Family Care Center.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care across Labor & Delivery, Level II Nursery, Postpartum, and Pediatric services, collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, family-centered care. The role requires current Wisconsin RN licensure (or Compact/temporary permit), CPR within 3 months, and certifications in PALS/EFM within 12 months, with

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
ADN, Diploma, BSN, or MSN accepted.
Current Wisconsin RN license, Compact license, or temporary permit.
CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
PALS and Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certifications within 12 months of hire.
NRP within 6 months of hire.
1–2 years Labor & Delivery/Mother-Baby/Pediatric/Med-Surg experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care across Labor & Delivery, Level II Nursery, Postpartum, and Pediatric services.
Monitor mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, postpartum.
Perform fetal monitoring and maternal assessments and respond to changes.
Educate and support laboring patients with pain management and emotional support.
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary team for safe care.
Deliver postpartum and newborn care including discharge planning.
