Job summary

Langdon Place of Keene is seeking a per-diem Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care for residents on night and weekend shifts. This role emphasizes collaboration, clinical judgment, and the ability to respond quickly to resident needs.

The ideal candidate holds a valid NH RN license (or multistate compact) and enjoys working both independently and as part of a supportive care team in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in NH or multistate compact with NH authorization.
• Strong clinical skills and compassionate patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents during night and weekend shifts.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies promptly.
• Educate residents and families about health management and care plans.

• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
