Job summary

Prime Healthcare’s Pampa Regional Medical Center seeks a Respiratory Care Practitioner I for per diem, variable shifts. Under the direction of the medical director, you perform respiratory therapies and pulmonary diagnostics as ordered, with emphasis on assessment, planning, implementation and documentation of care.

Qualifications include an active State RCP license, NBRC CRT certification (hired before March 2026 exempt), BLS, ACLS and PALS within 60 days of hire, a high school diploma, and at

Qualifications

• Active State Respiratory Care Practitioner license required.
• NBRC CRT certification; hired before March 2026 are exempt.
• BLS certification from AHA/ARC required at hire and kept current.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 60 days of hire and kept current.
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory therapies and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician.
• Emphasize assessment, planning, implementation and documentation of care.
• In the absence of a supervisor, may be designated Lead RCP for the shift.
