Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. Country Hills Post Acute seeks a Respiratory Care Practitioner to deliver therapy and direct patient care. You will assess patients, collect data, plan care outcomes, and perform interventions in line with hospital policies.

Licensed professional with CPR/BLS and ACLS is required; an Associate Degree in respiratory care and program completion are mandatory. Per diem, part-time hours support staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in respiratory care or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a respiratory care program is required.
• BS in health care is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory therapy, rehabilitation, and evaluation per plan of care.
• Assess patient status, collect and interpret data, and document findings.
• Plan outcomes and implement interventions per policies and procedures.
• Maintain infection control, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
• Communicate changes to supervisor, nurse, and physician as needed.
