Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Respiratory Care Practitioner for per diem coverage. You will perform pulmonary function tests including spirometry and ABG, assist with bronchodilator administration, and ensure accurate data and documentation for physician review.

Required WA LRCP licensure, AA in Respiratory Therapy, and BLS. Prior experience and strong customer service are preferred; per diem schedule offers flexibility and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (AA).
• WA State licensure as Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP).
• Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner. Basic Life Support (BLS) per AHA.

Responsibilities

• Perform spirometry, ABG, pulse oximetry and other pulmonary function tests.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot lab equipment and maintain records of test results.
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
