Job summary

Requires graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program, LRCP licensure, and BLS. Two years of relevant experience preferred; competitive hourly pay and per diem differential offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program (AA).
• Washington State licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP).
• Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) via AHA.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic pulmonary tests (spirometry, ABG, oximetry) and ensure reliable results.
• Set up equipment, explain procedures to patients, and maintain chart documentation.
• Coordinate with nursing and scheduling staff to ensure adequate lab staffing and flexible patient scheduling.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot lab equipment and arrange service calls as needed.
• Orient new staff and maintain Lab policies and procedures.
