Vinfen is seeking a compassionate direct care assistant to support persons served in Vinfen settings in Massachusetts. You will help develop and document individualized treatment plans, assist with daily living activities, transportation, and community integration, while monitoring progress and reporting changes to supervisors.

The role requires 1–3 months in human services, a high school diploma, and driving may be required with a clean driving record.

Competenze

Typical Requirements: One to three months experience in a human services setting.
Preferred /Required Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Driving Requirements: Valid driver’s license; driving may be required and background checks apply.
Certifications: First Aid, CPR, MAP, Safety Care within specified timelines.

Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting individual treatment support plans.
Provide role model and support to persons served and help integrate them into communities.
Assess physical and emotional status and report changes to supervisor.
Ensure program site safety and maintenance; assist with daily living tasks including cooking, housekeeping, and transportation.
Complete paperwork and logs; perform crisis intervention as needed.
