Qualifications

• Versatile and flexible requirement across clinic settings.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Shows initiative with assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by AHA or Red Cross required.
• 2+ years of rehab aide experience qualifies for Rehab Aide II Per Diem.

Responsabilités

• Provide aide support for outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Serve as a patient chaperone and assist with direct patient care activities under clinical staff.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization per departmental standards.
• Manage clinic supplies, inventory, and linen distribution.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties to support daily operations.
• Provide front desk coverage: answering phones, scheduling, assisting patients/visitors.
• Support multiple outpatient clinic locations to ensure continuity of operations.
