The Therapy Aide assists in direct and indirect patient care under supervision of therapists and department leadership, supporting scheduling, documentation, setup, and equipment readiness.

This role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service, and proficient Word skills; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Req High school or equivalent.
• Req Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to assist therapists in providing care.
• Req Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word as well as Internet access and utilization.
• Req Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Documents schedules and prepares tags for new referrals.
• Completes daily schedules by time frames.
• Maintains clerical forms and front-office documentation.
• Organizes treatment areas and patient care setup.
• Orders supplies and manages department needs.
• Assists PT/OT during treatment and communicates patient responses.
