Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking experienced RNs for FirstChoice travel assignments. The role offers a 36-hour week with a night shift (7:00p-7:30a) and a base gross hourly rate of $51, plus $5 for nights and $3 for weekends, across Trinity Health Ann Arbor, Oakland, and Livonia.

Positions are premium-pay, PRN, and travel with per diem opportunities. DailyPay and 403B benefits are available, with a focus on flexible scheduling and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in Michigan.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, EFMcertified professionals.
• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience.

Responsibilities

• Both day and night shift PRN available.
• Float between Trinity Health Ann Arbor, Oakland and Livonia.
• Understand and apply standard nursing process: Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Delegate wisely and own outcomes.

What you will do:

• Both day and night shift PRN available.
• Need to float between Trinity Health Ann Arbor, Trinity Health Oakland and Trinity Health Livonia
• $51/hr +$5/hr for nights and +$3/hr for weekends
• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions
• Knows, understands, incorporates & demonstrates standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
• Acts independently & appropriately within license, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area
• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes
• Collaborates with key stakeholders & contributes to quality & improvement practices & outcomes
• Exhibits agility & willingness to take on new & additional responsibilities
• Embraces new ideas & cultural differences while managing competing priorities

Minimum Qualifications
