Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution is seeking an experienced RN for part-time assignments across Trinity Health's network. RNs will float across hospital locations with flexible scheduling and premium pay, supporting quality and patient outcomes.

Location is Trinity Health Ann Arbor with start asap for 13 weeks, hours 3x12, shift Mid. The program offers DailyPay and reimbursement of licenses/certifications, nationwide and regional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele, PCU; 2 years for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentials required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and multiple locations/regions.
• Apply professional practice elements: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license, scope, knowledge and experience.
• Delegate, decide and own outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.
• Be adaptable to new responsibilities and ideas.

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg,Teleand PCU.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have andmaintainthe credentialsrequiredper their specialty area (ex:ACLS, TNCC,etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association
