ComForCare HomeCare - South Miami and Coral Gables is seeking a dedicated per diem Registered Nurse to join our Miami, FL home care team. This field-based role focuses on evaluating clients and coordinating exceptional care.

Responsibilities include non-medical evaluations, developing individualized care plans, supervising caregivers, and coordinating with care teams to maintain continuity of care while complying with state and agency standards.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, including home health or community care.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Requirements:

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong evaluation and clinical documentation skillsExperience with home care intake evaluations and supervisory experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and valid insurance for in-home visits throughout Miami-Dade County
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and families
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
