Advocate Health is seeking a per diem CT technologist for Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin, IL. This part-time role requires hospital CT imaging, quality control, and patient-centered care.

The position involves various shifts, weekend work, and one holiday per year, with responsibilities for image quality, equipment operation, and adherence to safety standards. ARRT/Radiology licensure and CT certification within a year are preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an Accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Licensure as Radiographic Technologist by IEMA.
• ARRT certification preferred; CT certification within one year of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Determines appropriate technique and patient position to ensure optimal image quality.
• Operates CT equipment, HIS/RIS and PACS.
• Delivers patient care with a Service First approach and participates in quality improvement.
• Assists CT lead and manager with image quality activities.
• Maintains safe patient and work environment and adheres to safety standards.
• Develops leadership skills through department and hospital committees and continuing education.
