Job summary

Banner Health seeks a Radiologic Technologist for assignment-based duties at Banner Staffing Services-AZ in Mesa, AZ. You will perform prescribed radiographic procedures, education for patients, and ensure quality imaging per department protocols.

The role requires ARRT certification, state licensure if applicable, BLS, and about 1 year of clinical radiology experience. Flexible schedules and weekly pay accompany the assignment.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiology program.
• Requires national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and licensure by the state regulatory agency if applicable. BLS certification required.
• This position requires clinical knowledge typically achieved with 1 year of experience. Must demonstrate effective communication skills, human relations skills, analyze data and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic procedures and analysis according to departmental guidelines.
• Educates patients/families regarding procedure and/or treatment, risks, and prevention.
• Produces high quality images and maintains accurate documentation for timely interpretation.
• Demonstrates competence in performing prescribed radiographic procedures as per policies.
• Performs and evaluates equipment quality control measurements and maintains a safe environment.
