Job summary

Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification
• Iowa Permit to Practice
• BLS certification within 3 months of hire
• Graduate of a 2-year accredited Radiology program
• Previous radiology experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians or radiologists in specialized procedures.
• Educate patients, families, and nursing units on diagnostic testing.
• Follow exam protocols and ensure proper exam prep and safety.
• Produce clear radiographs to facilitate treatment decisions.
• Demonstrate compassion, empathy and respect to patients and staff.
