As a Rad Tech, you will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, maintain high quality images, and ensure patient safety in a fast-paced acute-care environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of recent acute-care radiology experience.
• Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT certification.
• BLS certification preferred.
• TB testing (QuantiFERON-TB Gold or T-SPOT) within the past year.
• Immunity proof for MMR and Varicella.
• Recent physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures per physician orders.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Protect patient safety, privacy, dignity.
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment.
• Follow radiation-safety and infection-control guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Document procedures and patient information.
• Deliver professional care in a fast-paced acute-care setting.
