First Choice Nurses is seeking experienced Radiologic Technologists for per diem hospital opportunities in Arlington, Virginia. The role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay, with per diem opportunities that fit your life.

You will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, maintain patient safety and comfort, and collaborate with the care team in a fast-paced acute-care setting. Per diem shifts allow daily or weekly pay and a choice-driven schedule.

Qualifications

• Virginia Radiologic Technologist license active.
• Current ARRT certification.
• BLS certification preferred.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold or T-SPOT test in past year.
• MMR and Varicella immunity documented.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures according to physician orders and facility protocols.
• Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity throughout each procedure.
• Properly operate and maintain radiologic equipment.
• Follow radiation-safety standards and infection-control procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Accurately document procedures and patient information.
• Provide professional, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute-care environment.
