Qualifications

• One year of recent acute-care radiologic experience.
• Active Virginia Radiologic Technologist license.
• Current ARRT certification.
• BLS certification preferred.
• QuantiFERON-TB Gold or T-SPOT test within the past year.
• MMR and Varicella immunity documentation.
• Physical exam within past year.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures per physician orders and protocols.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, privacy and dignity.
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment.
• Adhere to radiation-safety standards and infection-control procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and healthcare team.
• Accurately document procedures and patient information.
• Provide professional, compassionate care in a fast-paced acute-care setting.
