BAYADA Home Health Care in Montgomery County, MD seeks an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a per-diem home health role. You will assist adult and geriatric patients with treatment, tests, education and interventions as delegated by a licensed PT.

Candidates must hold MD licensure, complete a two-year PTA program, and have at least one year of PTA experience under supervision. Travel within Bethesda area may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold current licensure or certification in MD.
• Graduated from a two-year PTA program approved by the APTA, with transcript or diploma.
• One year PTA experience and supervisory proficiency optional per qualification criteria.
• At least one year of work under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients in attaining or maintaining physical well-being with treatments and education as delegated by a licensed PT.
• Perform tests and interventions according to plan of care.
• Travel to home health visits in Montgomery County, MD area.
