Job summary

VNA Care is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant to cover patient visits in the Braintree, Weymouth & Hanover territory. The PTA delivers focused therapeutic care to restore, promote or maintain function and minimize illness impact, working independently to support patients and families in their homes.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in physical therapy and Massachusetts licensure; 1 year acute care experience preferred, with Home Health experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
• 1 year in acute care setting preferred; Home Health experience preferred but not required.
