VNA Care is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant to cover visits in the Franklin, Foxboro & Sharon area. The PTA will work independently to provide therapeutic care to patients and families, focusing on restoring, promoting, or maintaining function and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.

Requirements include an Associate's degree in physical therapy and Massachusetts licensure. One year of acute care experience is preferred; Home Health experience is valued but not required.
