Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow the plan of care set out by the supervising physical therapist.
• Measure & record resident’s motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
• Observe and document resident performance.
• Treat residents with techniques like stretching and massage; assist with exercises.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and comply with laws and professional standards.
• Foster cooperation within the healthcare team and contribute to team effort.
