EnduraCare Acute Care Services, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Home Health team in Savannah, GA, through St Joseph Candler. This per diem role requires a valid PTA license and offers flexible scheduling in a home health setting.

You will provide therapy under supervision, coordinate with PT for evaluations, and collaborate with the team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice (Georgia).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome! Mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
