Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for per diem work in skilled nursing facilities and long-term care settings. You will provide PTA treatments under a licensed PT, identify appropriate patients, and coordinate care with the PT to support timely evaluations and referrals.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the practicing state.
• New grads welcome with mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
