Job summary

EnduraCare Acute Care Services, LLC in Savannah GA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our IP team at St Joseph Candler for a full-time position in hospital and acute settings.

As a PTA, you will provide therapy under supervision, help identify patients for therapy, collaborate with the PT and teammates, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements. New grads welcome with mentorship.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
