Job summary

Aspire Senior Living New Florence is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a Per Diem basis. You will assess, treat, and educate residents, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include one-on-one and group therapy, progress documentation, and staying current with PT best practices. Per diem scheduling offers flexibility within a resident-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Missouri licensure required.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat residents with a range of physical limitations and medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, as well as equipment training and education.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in physical therapy.
