Job summary

Aspire Senior Living is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a per diem/PRN role in Missouri. You will assist licensed PTs in implementing individualized plans focused on mobility and recovery, while monitoring progress and maintaining care records.

Requirements include an Associate degree as a PTA and current Missouri licensure; prior PT experience is preferred. Flexibility to work varying shifts and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree PTA required.
• Current Missouri PTA licensure required.
• Experience in physical therapy or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Conduct screenings and assessments to identify resident goals.
• Implement exercise programs, modalities, and other PT interventions.
• Monitor and document resident progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the care team.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques.
