Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Missouri state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Experience working with geriatric populations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretching, and modalities, under supervision of physical therapists.
• Monitor and record resident progress, reporting any changes or concerns to physical therapists.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments and resident outcomes.
• Participate in interprofessional team meetings to discuss resident care and develop a comprehensive care plan.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and achieve optimal resident outcomes.

Job Summary:

Aspire Senior Living East Prairie is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility located in East Prairie, Missouri.
