Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Moberly is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a per diem/PRN basis. You will assist licensed therapists, implement personalized treatment plans, and support residents in mobility and functional goals.

The role requires an Associate's PTA degree and current Missouri PTA licensure, with preference for prior PT experience. Flexibility to work varying shifts is expected to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in PTA studies is required.
• Current Missouri PTA license is required.
• Experience in physical therapy or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts to support therapy care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct screenings and assessments to identify resident needs and goals.
• Implement PT interventions including exercises and modalities.
• Monitor and record resident progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and treatment.
