Job summary

Pioneer Ridge Health & Rehab in Lawrence, Kansas is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for a per diem role. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with a wide range of medical conditions and functional impairments, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to achieve optimal physical function, comfort, and well-being.
• Conduct therapeutic interventions, including exercises, modalities, and activities designed to improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans.
