Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate on hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth assessments to understand patient conditions, establish baselines, and identify therapy goals.
• Collaborate with patients to design and implement rehabilitation strategies to restore strength, function, and mobility.
• Facilitate therapy sessions using exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Regularly evaluate progress, modifying treatment plans to achieve goals.
• Guide exercises, home programs, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and prevent injuries.
• Work with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
