Job summary

Qualifications

• Annual Flu immunization and TB screening required.
• CPI training within 90 days of hire.
• BLS PRO certification within 90 days of hire.
• RN license and good standing required.
• Advanced Microsoft computer skills and health IT familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Assists with admissions, vital signs, procedures, and education.
• Administers medications and immunizations per protocol.
• Completes clinical documentation within designated timeframes.
• Supports care coordination and chronic disease management.
• Maintains infection control practices and safety standards.
• Performs triage using approved protocols and priorities.
• Assists with clinic workflow and referrals as needed.
