Job summary

Montrose Regional Health in Montrose, Colorado, is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate care and deliver age-appropriate nursing interventions within a collaborative team.

This role requires Colorado RN licensure, BLS at hire, ACLS and PALS within 9 months, and a nursing degree; new grads may be considered, with opportunities for professional growth, mentoring, and relocation support.

Qualifications

• BLS required at hire; ACLS and PALS within 9 months.
• ENPC and TNCC highly recommended.
• Current Colorado RN license or compact state license is required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's, Associate, or Diploma in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the plan of care, provides direct age-appropriate nursing interventions and patient education, collaborating with ancillary, nursing and other patient team personnel.
• Directs the team of CNAs, LPNs and Ward Secretaries under supervision of nurse manager or house supervisor.

About the "Department"

We provide care to pediatric and adult patients with medical and surgical conditions. Our highly skilled caregivers have certifications including ACLS, PALS, and Chemotherapy to serve patients with various ailments.

About The Career

• New graduates may be considered

• Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's, Associated, or Diploma in Nursing.
