Job summary

Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse in Bowling Green, KY for immediate per diem shifts. You’ll deliver high‑quality cardiac telemetry care with flexible scheduling to fit your life.

As a per diem RN, you’ll work to ensure patient safety, interpret cardiac rhythms, manage lines and devices, and support rapid response teams. Aya provides credentialing support and a streamlined per diem experience.

Qualifications

• RN with telemetry experience and critical care competencies.
• Ability to manage cardiac monitors, ports and drips.
• Familiar with ABG interpretation and dysrhythmia analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry nursing care for cardiac patients per shift.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to codes per protocol.
• Manage lines, drips, ports and post-procedure care.

• Required Skills: Heparin Protocols, Isolation Precautions/PPE, MS/Tele, Pacemakers/Temporary/Permanent, Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Accessing/Managing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Cardiac Telemetry, Central line care/management, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, IV insulin protocols, Manage Cardiac drips- no titration, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath, Starting and maintaining IVs, Telemetry, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Telemetry - remote monitoring, TR Band, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
