Aya Healthcare, Inc. is recruiting an ER Registered Nurse for immediate per diem shifts in Laguna Hills, CA. This PRN role offers flexibility to align with your current schedule while delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include PALS, NIHSS, ACLS, and BLS certifications, plus expertise in arterial line/Vapovers cannulation, ventilator care, IV administration, and dysrhythmia interpretation to support a robust clinical team.

• ER RN with strong critical care skills and familiarity with acute patient management.
